Ticketing Venue Configuration Assistant

The job
The Venue Configuration Assistant (m/f/d) is responsible for producing stadium seating plans in the ticketing system and ensuring an efficient and fair seat allocation process for UEFA Euro 2024 and UEFA club competition finals.

List of relevant tasks & responsibilities
  • Producing and updating stadium seating plans in the ticketing system
  • Conducting thorough seat checks onsite at the stadiums
  • Liaising with the relevant staff internally and at the stadiums to manage ticketing venue configuration adjustments during the final stages of stadium preparedness
  • Helping to manage ticket quotas for each target group
  • Presenting stadium seating plans to various target groups and authorities
  • Assisting with general ticketing operations for UEFA events
  • Ensuring a full, accurate and consistent inventory of the stadiums to be used for UEFA Euro 2024 and club competition finals
Education
  • University degree or other relevant education
Work experience
  • 1-3 years experience in ticketing department, ideally in inventory management for large scale sports events
    Previous experience working or volunteering on events, ideally in the sports industry. 
Set of Skills
  • German (Proficient)
  • English (Proficient)
  • Any other language is an asset
  • Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, databases (Advanced)
  • CAD (AutoCad) knowledge could be an asset
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Attention to detail and structured working method
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad and work at weekends
