Customer Sales Support Coordinator

The job
The Customer Sales Support (m/f/d) will be responsible for supporting customers during the ticket purchase process (pre- and post-sales) for UEFA EURO 2024 and UEFA club competitions. You will also be responsible for creating content in different languages for various resources related to ticket sales: FAQs, emails, ticket portals, etc.

List of relevant tasks & responsibilities
  • You will be working closely with the other customer service team members based in UEFA HQ in Nyon and the outsourced customer service agents 
  • You will be providing second level customer service support for UEFA EURO 2024 and for several other events organized by UEFA (pre-sale and post-sale) 
  • You will be contributing to the task of coordinating and supervising the first level customer service provider (organization of training, preparation of presentations, quality management, etc.) 
  • You will be helping in drafting and publishing content for UEFA’s events (FAQs, communication support documents, emailing campaigns, etc.)
  • You will be involved in various subprojects linked to the customer journey: ticket portals reviews, mobile tickets processes, payment and invoicing topics, refund processes, etc. 
  • You will be in contact with several stakeholders linked to the customer experience: CAFE (Centre for Access to Football in Europe), spectator services, safety and security, finance, etc.
  • University degree or other relevant education
Work experience
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in sports and/or ticketing related projects is a plus
Set of Skills
  • Project Management
  • English skills (Mother tongue)
  • Any other language is an asset
  • Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams (Advanced)
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Attention to detail and structured working method
  • Flexibility and ability to cope with pressure and last-minute changes
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
