Ticket Sales Account Coordinator

The job
The Ticket Sales Account Management (m/f/d) is responsible for handling ticket sales for UEFA’s business partners ( Sponsors, Broadcasters, National Associations, etc.) for the events operated by UEFA ticketing, which includes UEFA EURO 2024, but also the UEFA Club Competition Finals, the UEFA Super Cup and the UEFA Nations League Finals. The person liaises with UEFA's partners to define appropriate sales processes, ensure their implementation and provide post-sales support. 
The role relies in strong administrative and communication skills.

List of relevant tasks & responsibilities
  • Running sales for the various target groups 
  • Running back-office operations such as ticket sales, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Anticipating the needs of the various sub-target groups
  • Troubleshooting any technical issues that UEFA business partners may have
  • Liaise with other teams within UEFA ticketing the coordinate the sales and post sales processes
  • Efficiently react to any ad-hoc requests of the various sub-target groups (reports, data sharing, etc.)
  • Creating and executing test cases related to the online ticket sales processes and online platforms
  • Assisting the sub-target groups in any ticketing related matter throughout the whole season
  • Any ad-hoc tasks within Ticketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, sports management or other relevant sector
Work experience
  • Experience in ticketing for sport events, online sales or other relevant sectors
  • Other relevant work experience in events
Set of Skills
  • English (Proficient), oral and written
  • Any other language an asset
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including being able to handle sensitive discussions
  • Computer-literate: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, databases (Advanced)
  • Structured working method and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad and work at weekends
